Build Your Career with Personal Mentoring
You build professional skills by actually managing a project and receiving guidance and coaching from an experienced pro. You don't master these techniques sitting in a class of 100 people listening to an academic talk about theory.
Work with a Personal Mentor
While you can work at your own pace, you are not alone. An experienced, PMP-certified project manager will serve as your private, personal mentor.
During an introductory phone call with your mentor, you will set your own schedule based on your experience, learning style, and needs. Your mentor will send you written feedback on all your assignments.
In live presentations made privately to your mentor via webcam, you will perfect your communication skills by presenting ideas and proposals to executives and answering their questions.
Interact with your mentor as often as you like, by email, phone, or live web meeting, for up to one year after your course ends.
Designed for CIOs, CFOs & CPOs
If you want to reach the top rung in project management you will need the hard multi-project techniques to manage large numbers of projects and develop their PMS. You also need the soft interpersonal and presentation skills to persuade senior managers to support your programs and initiatives.
This two course program gives you all the skills you needs for senior management positions controlling larger portfolios of projects.
