The Finest Project Learning; Personal Instruction in the Best Practices

For Already Certified PMPs: Renew Your PMP with 60 PDUs

To maintain your PMP certification, PMI requires that you earn 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) every three years. You can certainly earn these PDUs by going to all the PMI meetings. However,  we offer seven classes, each of which has been awarded 60 PDUs by the Project Management Institute. Thus passing one course every three years maintains your certification.

Mentoring From an Expert

Project management is a rewarding and challenging career. To rise to the top of this profession you need well-honed tools and techniques. The best way to get those skills is to work with an expert project manager who coaches you on every step in the project management lifecycle. This lets you apply what you learn in the lectures and reading and receive expert advice on exactly how to do it right. Your instructor will give you lots of coaching and ask you to redo an assignment until you get it right.

Communications are Critical

You will practice making presentations and running meetings privately, working with your instructor. Your instructor will play the role of the project sponsor and managers and ask you the kind of questions they ask about your project plan and status report presentations. So you get to practice giving answers on the spot and you get lots of feedback. You practice in private sessions, just you and your instructor, in our web video meeting room. You use a web camera and we give you written feedback and a video of your presentation so you can review it and see what you need to do better next time.
